Our home is fully air conditioned and consists of a spacious lounge/diner,
kitchen, utility room, four bedrooms and two bathrooms, all with luxury
furnishings and equipped to a high standard.

The master bedroom has a Queen size bed, large
walk-in wardrobe and en-suite featuring a large
corner bath as well as a separate walk-in shower.
It also has the added luxury of cable television.

The other bedrooms consist of one with a double
bed, one with twin beds and one with a bunk bed
comprising of a double and a single bed. All of these rooms have large wardrobes. These bedrooms share
the second bathroom incorporating a bath & shower.


The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. All essential china, cutlery etc. is provided along with a toaster, coffee maker and numerous other items. A washing machine and tumble dryer are situated in the utility room.


The lounge / diner is fully furnished in the ‘Floridian Style’. It is comfortable, spacious and cool and ideal for relaxing in after a hard day at Disney ! There is cable television and also a stereo unit for your enjoyment.



The villa has two bathrooms. One serves the master bedroom and features a large corner bath, walk-in shower, toilet and twin basins. The other bathroom serves the rest of the house and comprises of a normal size bath with integral shower, toilet and
single basin.


Situated at the back of the villa is our own large private screened swimming pool. The pool is fitted with an electric heat pump so it is possible to have warm water all year round.

It also has a separate pool for the children and a very large patio area and patio furniture available. All patio doors leading to the pool area are alarmed to avoid young children entering the area un-noticed.

The New games room has a Pool Table and an Air Hockey Table. Great for kids and adults alike.

Also, only a short distance from the villa is the estate’s large community swimming pool and tennis court. They can be used at anytime free of charge. Tennis rackets are available in the villa.
